I forgot my password but never get a reset password email and I can't login to my account

Urban Airship login credentials are case sensitive. The most common cause of login problems is capital letters in an email address username. If you use capital letters in your email and you use your email as your username and you are having trouble logging in, double check that you are entering it with the correct upper-case letters.  

If you have previously logged in to your account, you likely just need to reset your password.

If you are not receiving your password reset email or are logging in for the first time, you may need to activate your account.

Our password reset and account activation emails are sent through a third party service For this reason, they can sometimes be effected by email filters both on your computer and by your company's filter. Please have your email administrator check to see if they are blocking emails from Urban Airship domains if you are not receiving these emails.
